This graph shows a choropleth of gender disparity of literacy rates for different countries around the world for the year 2022. The scale of the colors shows blue as the least difference between the literacy rates of both genders and it goes up in color so that yellow shows the most difference between the literacy rates of both genders. Although there is some missing data, the general trend in the choropleth shows that countries that are close together have similar gender disparity levels. Additionally, since the difference in literacy rates was found by subtracting the literacy rate of the females from the males, the disparity levels show that in general, the males have higher literacy rates.
These graphs show a scatter plot of the attendance rates of females and males in each country, and the points are color-coded according to the region* of each country. On the top of the graph, there are box plots of the distribution of data for each of the regions. The graph shows that there doesn’t seem to be a correlation between the region* and the attendance rates of females and males. Additionally, the graph shows, that in general, both males and females have the same attendance rates regardless of their age, country, or region*. Moreover, the regions with the highest attendance rates are SSA and SA.
